Beach, Sunset & Sunrise Yoga and Home Studio Pics!



So, you've only been back into the daily grind for a week or so and you've already lost that feeling of release you enjoyed during your summer holidays? You can get it back! A weekly yoga practice can help you to release tension and reduce stress whilst strengthening your body and increasing your flexibility. With regular yoga practice, my students have reported feeling 'taller', 'stronger', 'more relaxed' and better in control of what is happening in their lives.

There are four Hatha Flow yoga classes in three locations during the week to suit your schedule.
  • Mondays 8:15pm Evening Hatha Flow  Yoga Umm Sequiem 1
  • Tuesdays 6:30pm, Sunset Hatha Flow Yoga Fraser Suites, (Sheikh Zayed Road, Hessa St. West exit, 7th Floor Terrace over-looking the pool)
  • Wednesdays 7:30pmEvening Hatha Flow  Yoga Umm Sequiem 1
  • Saturday Sunrise Beach Yoga 7am, (End of 23A Street, Jumeirah 2) Cosmopolitan Magazine (ME) recommends FoYD's sunrise yoga class as the first step in having a 'kick butt day!' The best part? This is a FREE class!
