Beach Yoga, Meditation, Delicious Food...the list is endless!

YogaWalk WEDNESDAYS at 6pm (FREE class!) 
This combination of Hatha Flow yoga and a 5Km walk has been a welcome newcomer to the Dubai yoga community. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome, including raw beginners. Do you think that you're not flexible enough for yoga? Congratulations! That means that yoga is perfect for you!

SATURDAY SUNRISE BEACH YOGA, 7AM (Donation based class)
In response to many requests and in an attempt to help fund the 4 yoga teacher trainings I am doing between Nov 2016 and July 2017, I have once again added Saturday Sunrise Beach Yoga to the FoYD offerings. Join me for this gentle beach-side Hatha Flow yoga practice. It's a beautiful way to start your day!

DELICIOUS & HEALTHY HOLIDAY RECIPES
Recently I've watched the documentary Forks Over Knives and I am struck by the overwhelming evidence that a plant-based diet is the most beneficial way for us to eat. If you've never tried vegetarianism or veganism, the thought of never having a juicy steak or hamburger again might be unthinkable. However, you might consider making one or two days per week, 'Vegan days' or 'Vegetarian days' . To help with that, here are a few delicious recipes from Nest and Glow. They offer mouth-watering, healthy recipes that are accessible to both novices and seasoned vegans. Give Vegetarian Tuesday a go! You never know, you just might like it
